Synopsis: Playwright Martin Duberman, believing that we have to face the past if we are to move forward
towards a better future, has taken from authentic documents from from U.S. history -- letters, diaries, newspaper,
official records, and reminiscences -- to tell what it has meant to be black "in white America." This production offers
contrasts in viewpoint as well as in mood. It intrigues with dramatic variety -- moments of passion as well as humor.

Synopsis: Michael Healy's The Drawer Boy is a wonderfully touching story of two Canadian farmers.
After surviving World War II, these men are content to live their simple farm life until they meet a young actor who
changes everything. As we watch the relationships change, we learn about storytelling and patience in a manner which
is both heart-breaking and comical. TIME Magazine picked this play as one of the Ten Best of 2001.
Variety calls it "Heartfelt honesty and the kind of storytelling good theatre is all about." It is the winner
of 4 Dora Awards including Outstanding New Play.

Synopsis: As one of Shakespeare's most famous tragedies, the brilliantly created character of Macbeth has
stolen the stage and captured the hearts of audience members since its debut in 1607. Filled with conspiracy,
deceit, and madness the play outlines Macbeth's rise to power through his bloody ambition, instilled by prophesying
witches, to become king. We watch as Macbeth's ambition leads to madness and ultimately his own demise.
