About Forum

Forum is the theatre organization at MLC. It is the continuation of a pre-amalgamation theater tradition. We were formally organized in 1995 as Martin Luther College begin its first year of operation. We are excited to be in our thirteenth year of operation.

The Forum Board consists of four students plus faculty advisors. Each year, we are pleased to select and perform five distinct shows: the Musical, Readers Theatre, Winter Play, Childrens Theatre, and Outdoor Theatre. We operate out of the Green Room (WCC 195) — a magical place where costumes are created, props are collected, publications are designed, and visions are realized. Students use their God-given talents to glorify Him and to give back to MLC and the community with each show. Members of the campus family, students' families and friends, and the New Ulm community all enjoy losing themselves in the worlds created on MLC's stage.
